PP4 is the next generation of functional knee braces and replaces the previous PP3 with an updated anatomical design for improved fit, comfort and stability. The functional 4-point system helps stabilise the knee joint and reduce strain in cases of ligament instability and cruciate ligament injuries.
The lightweight, mouldable aluminium frame together with the low-profile hinge provides a high level of stability without compromising comfort or mobility. The knee brace is designed for both everyday activities and more demanding situations where the knee joint requires additional support and control.

Areas of Use
PP4 is used for instability or injuries involving the ACL, PCL, MCL and LCL, as well as combined ligament injuries and complex knee instability. Suitable for rehabilitation before and after surgery, as well as for support during conservative treatment and sports activities.
Design & Materials
PP4 consists of a lightweight, mouldable aluminium frame with secure strap systems and a low-profile polycentric hinge for a high level of stability and comfort. The hinge can be adjusted without tools, with extension stops at 0°, 10°, 20°, 30° and 40°, and flexion stops at 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°. The knee brace can also be locked at 0°, 10°, 20° and 30°, depending on individual needs and the rehabilitation phase.
The anatomical design, flexible buckles and internal padding contribute to a secure and comfortable fit while allowing the brace to follow the knee joint’s natural movement during activity and everyday use.
Size Guide & Fit
Available in sizes S–XXL and in separate right and left models. Size is selected based on thigh circumference measured 15 cm above the centre of the kneecap. PP4 is 40 cm long.
Care Instructions
Clean the frame with a cloth, lukewarm water and mild detergent, then wipe dry. Remove the padding and hand wash it in lukewarm water with mild detergent, then allow it to air dry. Regularly check the fit and settings for safe use.
