Size guide & fit
TrainTech is available in double sizes (e.g. 35–36) and can be cut for a precise fit. Choose from three arch heights: high (38mm), medium (33mm) and low (28mm). Remove existing insole before use.
Care guide
Clean the sole with a damp cloth and let air dry. Avoid machine washing to preserve the function and shape of the sole.
